ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ව්‍යාපාරයක් පවත්වාගෙන යාම සඳහා මෙම ලියාපදිංචිය අනිවාර්ය වේ.TIN සහතිකය ශ්‍රී ලංකා දේශීය ආදායම් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් නිකුත් කරනු ලබයී. අපනයන කිරීමට VAT සහතිකය ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා මෙම ලියාපදිංචිය අනිවාර්ය වේ.

වැට් බදු සහතිකය ලබා ගැනීම

ඕනෑම නිෂ්පාදනයක් අපනයනය කිරීම සඳහා මෙම ලියාපදිංචිය අනිවාර්ය වේ.වැට් බදු සහතිකය ශ්‍රී ලංකා දේශීය ආදායම් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් මුලින් නිකුත් කරනු ලබන්නේ තාවකාලික කාලයකට පමණි. ආදායම මිලියන 3 ඉක්මවා ගිය පසු, අපනයනකරුට ස්ථිර වැට් බදු ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමක් ඉල්ලා සිටිමට හැකි වේ.

රේගුව සමඟ අපනයනකරුවෙකු ලෙස (TIN / VAT ලියාපදිංචිය) ලියාපදිංචි වන්න

ඕනෑම භාණ්ඩයක් අපනයනය කරන ඕනෑම අපනයනකරුවකුට ඔවුන්ගේ වැට් / ටින් අංකය රේගු පද්ධතියේ (ASYCUDA World) ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.මෙය එක් වරක් පමණක් කරනා ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමකි.

පොල් සංවර්ධන අධිකාරිය සමඟ නිෂ්පාදකයා ලෙස ලියාපදිංචි වීම

පොල් අපනයනකරුවෙකු ලෙස පොල් සංවර්ධන අධිකාරිය (සීඩීඒ) සමඟ ලියාපදිංචි වන අයදුම්කරුවෙකු සීඩීඒ විසින් නිකුත් කරන නිෂ්පාදකයාගේ ලියාපදිංචි සහතිකය ද ලබා දිය යුතුය.අයදුම්කරු නිෂ්පාදකයා හෝ නිෂ්පාදකයාගේ සැපයුම්කරු නම් නිෂ්පාදකයාගේ සහතිකය ඔහුට භාවිතා කල හැකිය.නිෂ්පාදකයා ලෙස ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම වසරක කාලයක් සඳහා වලංගු වන අතර ඉන් පසුව වාර්ෂිකව අලුත් කළ යුතුය.

පොල් සංවර්ධන අධිකාරිය (සීඩීඒ) සමඟ නිෂ්පාදකයාගේ ලියාපදිංචිය අලුත් කරන්න

පොල් නිෂ්පාදකයෙකු පොල් සංවර්ධන අධිකාරියේ ලියාපදිංචි විය යුතුය.ලියාපදිංචිය වසරක කාලයක් සඳහා වලංගු වන අතර ඉන් පසුව වාර්ෂිකව අලුත් කළ යුතුය.

පොල් සංවර්ධන අධිකාරිය සමඟ අපනයනකරු ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම

පොල් හා පොල් අගය එකතු කළ නිෂ්පාදන අපනයනයකරුවන් පොල් සංවර්ධන අධිකාරියේ (සීඩීඒ) ලියාපදිංචි වීම අනිවාර්ය වේ. ලියාපදිංචිය වසරක කාලයක් සඳහා වලංගු වන අතර ඉන් පසුව වාර්ෂිකව අලුත් කළ යුතුය.

මෙම වාර්තාව පොල් ආශ්‍රිත නිෂ්පාදනයට අදාළ පරීක්ෂා කළ පරාමිතීන් පිළිබඳ සවිස්තරාත්මක විස්තරයක් ලබා දෙයි. වාර්තාව පොල් සංවර්ධන අධිකාරියේ (සීඩීඒ) ප්‍රධාන කාර්යාලයෙන් ලබා ගත හැකිය.

To obtain a certificate of origin exporters need to submit cost statement to the Department of Commerce (DoC). For exporters who have sufficiently worked or processed products, it is mandatory to obtain certified cost statement from the Department of Commerce.

The Department of Commerce (DoC) is responsible for issuing the various preferential certificates of origin (COOs) under all GSP schemes, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and Preferential Trade Agreements (PTAs) of which Sri Lanka is either a beneficiary or party. VAT සහතිකය ශ්‍රී ලංකා දේශීය ආදායම් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් ආරම්භක මාස තුනක කාලයක් සඳහා නිකුත් කරනු ලබන අතර ආදායම රුපියල් මිලියන 3 ඉක්මවන තෙක් සෑම මාස තුනකට වරක් ලබා ගත යුතුය. ආදායම රුපියල් මිලියන 3 ඉක්මවූ පසු අපනයනකරුට ස්ථිර වැට් බදු ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමක් ඉල්ලා සිටිය හැකිය.

කුරුඳු තෙල් අපනයනය කිරීම සඳහා MSDS අනිවාර්ය වේ.මෙම සහතිකය නොමැතිව ගුවන් සමාගම් හෝ සමුද්‍ර සේවා මගින් එම භාණ්ඩ වර්ගය ප්‍රවාහනය කිරීමට ඉඩ නොදේ.කාර්මික තාක්ෂණ ආයතනය (ITI) විසින් MSDS සහතිකය නිකුත් කරනු ලැබේ.

විශ්ලේෂණ වාර්තාව ලබා ගන්න

Coco peat and value added products

Obtain TIN certificate

To operate a business in Sri Lanka this registration is mandatory. The TIN certificate is issued by Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Department. In order to obtain the VAT certificate to export, this registration is mandatory.

Obtain VAT certificate

To export any product this registration is mandatory. The VAT certificate is issued by Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Department for an initial three-month period and has to be obtained every three months until income exceeds 3 million rupees. After income exceeds 3 million rupees, the exporter can request the permanent VAT registration.

It is mandatory for any exporter exporting any product to register their VAT/TIN number in the Customs system (ASYCUDA World). This is a one-time registration.

To obtain the phytosanitary certificate exporters need to register with the National Plant Quarantine Service (NPQS). This is a one-time registration.

An applicant registering as exporter of coconut with the Coconut Development Authority (CDA) needs to provide also the manufacturer registration certificate released by CDA. The manufacturer certificate can be his own, if the applicant is also the manufacturer, or of his manufacturer supplier. The registration as manufacturer is valid for a period of one year and thereafter must be renewed annually.

Renew manufacturer registration with Coconut Development Authority (CDA)

A manufacturer of coconut needs to be registered with the Coconut Development Authority (CDA). The registration is valid for a period of one year and thereafter must be renewed annually.

It is mandatory for an exporter of coconut value-added products to be registered with the Coconut Development Authority (CDA). The registration is valid for a period of one year, which needs to be renewed annually.

අපනයන බලපත්‍රය ලබා ගන්න

විසිතුරු මසුන්, පොකිරිස්සන්, චෑන්ක්, මුහුදු පිපිඤ්ඤා / මුහුදු ඩිමූර්, මූහුදු බෙලි කටු සහ අනිකුත් විසිතුරු භාණ්ඩ නිෂ්පාදනය කිරීම, කෘතිම උපස්ථරයක් මගින් සිදු කරන කොරල් වගාවල මෝර සම සහ මෝර වරල් සහ මාළු අපනයනය කිරීමට අපනයන බලපත්‍රය අනිවාර්ය වේ. එය නිකුත් කරනු ලබන්නේ ධීවර හා ජලජ සම්පත් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව (DFAR) විසිනි.

සෞඛ්‍ය සහතිකය ලබා ගන්න

මාළු අපනයනය කිරීම සඳහා සෞඛ්‍ය සහතිකය අනිවාර්ය වේ. එය නිකුත් කරනු ලබන්නේ ධීවර හා ජලජ සම්පත් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසිනි.

ඇල්ලීමේ සහතිකය ලබා ගන්න

මාළු අපනයනය කිරීම සඳහා ඇල්ලීමේ සහතිකය අනිවාර්ය වේ. එය නිකුත් කරනු ලබන්නේ බණ්ඩාරනායක ජාත්‍යන්තර ගුවන්තොටුපලේ ධීවර හා ජලජ සම්පත් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසිනි.

CITES අවසර පත්‍රය ලබා ගන්න

CITES අවසර පත්‍රය යනු වන සතුන් සහ ශාක නිදර්ශකවල ජාත්‍යන්තර වෙළඳාම ඔවුන්ගේ පැවැත්මට තර්ජනයක් නොවන බව සහතික කරන ලේඛනයකි. කඩදාසි සලැයිස්තුගත CITES විශේෂයට අයත් මාළු අපනයනය කරන අපනයනකරුට CITES සහතිකය ලබා ගත යුතුය වේ. එක් එක් තොගය සඳහා වෙළඳුන් CITES අවසර පත්‍රය ලබා ගත යුතුය.

සෞඛ්‍ය සහතිකය ලබා ගන්න

ආහාර සැකසීමේ භාණ්ඩ අපනයනය කරන විට, ආනයනය කරන රටට අපනයන රටේ ආහාර අධිකාරියෙන් නිෂ්පාදිතය මිනිස් පරිභෝජනයට සුදුසු බව සහතික කරමින් “අපනයන සහතිකයක්” හෝ “සෞඛ්‍ය සහතිකයක්” අවශ්‍ය විය හැකිය. අපනයනය කරන ලද ආහාර තොග සඳහා ආහාරය මිනිස් පරිභෝජනයට සුදුසු බව සහතික කරමින් සෞඛ්‍ය සහතික නිකුත් කරනු ලබන්නේ සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ආහාර පාලන පරිපාලන ඒකකය (FCAU) විසිනි.

නොමිලේ විකුණුම් සහතිකය ලබා ගන්න

නොමිලේ විකිණීමේ සහතිකයක් ලබා ගැනීම අනිවාර්ය නොවේ. ආනයනය කරන රටකට නිදහස් විකුණුම් සහතිකයක් අවශ්‍ය විය හැකි අතර එමඟින් නිශ්චිත අතිරේක තොරතුරු සපයන අතර එම භාණ්ඩය මිනිස් පරිභෝජනයට සුදුසු බවත් දේශීය වෙළඳපොලේ ඇති බවත් සඳහන් කරයි. ආහාර පාලන පරිපාලන ඒකකය (FCAU) විසින් අවශ්‍ය පරීක්ෂණ සිදුකරන අතර දේශීය වෙළඳපොලේ නිෂ්පාදනය ලබා ගැනිමේ ඇති හැකියාව පරීක්ෂා කරනු ඇත.

ඉරානයට අපනයනය කරන සියලුම තේ සැපයුම්කරුවන්ගෙන් තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳ සහතිකයක් ඉරාන රජය ඉල්ලා සිටී. එබැවින් ශ්‍රී ලංකා තේ මණ්ඩලය උනන්දුවක් දක්වන අපනයනකරුවන්ට ඉරානයට ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සඳහා ඉල්ලුම් කිරීමට තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳ සහතිකයක් ලබා ගැනීමට හැකි වන පරිදි ක්‍රියාවලියක් ආරම්භ කිරීමට පියවර ගෙන තිබේ. මෙම යෝජනා ක‍්‍රමය ස්වේච්ඡාවෙන් සිදු වේ. ශ්‍රී ලංකා තේ මණ්ඩලය විසින් නිශ්චිත තේ අපනයනකරුගේ ඉල්ලීම මත පමණක් පරීක්‍ෂණයක් සිදු කරනු ලබන අතර කලින් සැලසුම් කළ සැලැස්මක් අනුව විශේෂිත ක‍්‍රම සහ දැනුම මත සකස් කර අදාළ ප්‍රමිතීන් යොදා විගණනය කරනු ලැබේ. මෙය නිෂ්පාදනයේ ප්‍රමිතීන් පිළිබඳ සහතික කිරීමකි.
