TIN சான்றிதழை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளல

இலங்கையில் ஒரு வணிகத்தை நடத்த இந்த பதிவு கட்டாயமாகும். TIN சான்றிதழை என்பது இசுத்து பயா இலங்கை உள்நாட்டு வருவாய் துறை. அதை பெற TIN சான்றிதழை ஏற்றுமதி செய்ய, இந்த பதிவு கட்டாயமாகும்.

சுங்கத்துடன் ஏற்றுமதியாளராக (TIN/VAT பதிவு) பதிவு செய்யுங்கள்

எந்தவொரு உற்பத்தியையும் ஏற்றுமதி செய்யும் எந்தவொரு ஏற்றுமதியாளரும் தங்கள் VAT/TIN எண்ணை சுங்க அமைப்பில் (ASYCUDA World) பதிவு செய்வது கட்டாயமாகும். இது ஒரு முறை பதிவு.

தேங்காய் மேம்பாட்டு ஆணையம் (CDA) உற்பத்தியாளராக பதிவு செய்யுங்கள்

தேங்காய் மேம்பாட்டு ஆணையத்துடன் (CDA) தேங்காய் ஏற்றுமதியாளராக பதிவு செய்யும் விண்ணப்பதாரர் CDA வெளியிட்ட உற்பத்தியாளர் பதிவு சான்றிதழையும் வழங்க வேண்டும். விண்ணப்பதாரர் உற்பத்தியாளராகவோ அல்லது அவரது உற்பத்தியாளர் சப்ளையராகவோ இருந்தால் உற்பத்தியாளர் சான்றிதழ் அவரது சொந்தமாக இருக்கலாம். உற்பத்தியாளராக பதிவு செய்வது ஒரு வருட காலத்திற்கு செல்லுபடியாகும், அதன் பின்னர் ஆண்டுதோறும் புதுப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

தேங்காய் உற்பத்தியாளர் தேங்காய் மேம்பாட்டு ஆணையத்தில் (CDA) பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும். பதிவு ஒரு வருட காலத்திற்கு செல்லுபடியாகும், அதன் பிறகு ஆண்டுதோறும் புதுப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

To obtain a certificate of origin exporters need to submit cost statement to the Department of Commerce (DoC). For exporters who have sufficiently worked or processed products, it is mandatory to obtain certified cost statement from the Department of Commerce.

The Department of Commerce (DoC) is responsible for issuing the various preferential certificates of origin (COOs) under all GSP schemes, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and Preferential Trade Agreements (PTAs) of which Sri Lanka is either a beneficiary or party. தூய சிலோன் கருவாப்பட்டை பயன்படுத்தி தயாரிப்புகளை வேறுபடுத்துவது மட்டுமே என்பதால் இந்த உரிமத்தைப் பெறுவது விருப்பத்திற்குரியது

தாவர நலச் சான்றிதழ் என்பது ஒரு நாட்டிற்கு ஏற்றுமதி செய்யப்படும் தாவர பொருட்களின் (தாவர அல்லது தாவர தயாரிப்பு) சுகாதார நிலையை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் ஒரு ஆவணம் ஆகும். வர்த்தகர்கள் ஒவ்வொரு சரக்கிற்கும் தாவர நலச் சான்றிதழைப் பெற வேண்டும், மேலும் அவர்களின் ஏற்றுமதி சந்தையின் சந்தை தேவைகளை அறிந்து கொள்வார்கள் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

Obtain TIN certificate

To operate a business in Sri Lanka this registration is mandatory. The TIN certificate is issued by Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Department. In order to obtain the VAT certificate to export, this registration is mandatory.

Obtain VAT certificate

To export any product this registration is mandatory. The VAT certificate is issued by Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Department for an initial three-month period and has to be obtained every three months until income exceeds 3 million rupees. After income exceeds 3 million rupees, the exporter can request the permanent VAT registration.

It is mandatory for any exporter exporting any product to register their VAT/TIN number in the Customs system (ASYCUDA World). This is a one-time registration.

To obtain the phytosanitary certificate exporters need to register with the National Plant Quarantine Service (NPQS). This is a one-time registration.

An applicant registering as exporter of coconut with the Coconut Development Authority (CDA) needs to provide also the manufacturer registration certificate released by CDA. The manufacturer certificate can be his own, if the applicant is also the manufacturer, or of his manufacturer supplier. The registration as manufacturer is valid for a period of one year and thereafter must be renewed annually.

Exporters of horticultural plants need to register with the Forest Department to obtain an export permit. Stocks of the nursery have to be recorded accordingly and submitted to the Forest Department every six months.

To obtain the phytosanitary certificate exporters need to register with the National Plant Quarantine Service (NPQS). This is a one-time registration.

To obtain a certificate of origin exporters need to register with the Department of Commerce (DoC). This is a one-time registration.

Exporters who export horticultural plants which comes under the listed CITES species need to obtain the CITES permit. To obtain this permit, exporters have to register with the Department of Wildlife Conservation. This is a one-time registration.

It is a legal requirement under the Forest Ordinance to obtain a permit from the Forest Department in order to export any forest produce.

The CITES permit is a document that ensures that international trade in specimens of wild animals and plants does not threaten their survival. எந்தவொரு ஏற்றுமதியாளருக்கும், தயாரிப்பு சேமிக்கப்படும் கிடங்கு வளாகம் இலங்கை தேயிலை வாரியத்தில் (SLTB) பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும். தேயிலை ஏற்றுமதியாளராகவும், தேயிலை பாக்கராகவும் SLTB உடன் பதிவு பெறுவதற்கு கிடங்கு பதிவு ஒரு முன்நிபந்தனை.

தேயிலை ஏற்றுமதியாளர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் இது ஒரு ஆரம்ப பதிவு கட்டாயமாகும். இது ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு மட்டுமே செல்லுபடியாகும், இது இலங்கை தேயிலை வாரியத்தால் (SLTB) வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

Renew registration as tea exporter and tea packer

This is the procedure to renew the registration as tea exporter and tea packer. It is mandatory to renew the registration annually.

Obtain quality assurance certificate from Sri Lanka Tea Board (SLTB)

The government of Iran requests a quality certificate from all tea suppliers exporting to Iran to consider registration permitting the import. Hence, the Sri Lanka Tea Board (SLTB) has taken action to commence a process which will enable interested exporters to apply and obtain a quality certificate for submission to Iran. This scheme is voluntary. and the Sri Lanka Tea Board will undertake inspection only on the request of the specific tea exporter and arrange expertise as per a pre-scheduled plan and audit using applicable standards. This is a certification on the standards of the product.

Obtain approval for tea export

The Tea Board issues a final approval for the tea intended to be exported.The Customs department does not give permission for commercially exported Tea cargo to exit Sri Lanka without this approval by the Tea Board.

Obtain certificate to use lion logo for tea

Obtaining this certificate is optional as it is only a requirement made by the importer or sometimes the importing country. This is a certification that denotes it originates from Sri Lanka.
